Pretty wild
A deputy pulls a man over for driving nearly double the speed limit, and gets an unusually honest excuse.
A DeSoto County Sheriff's Office deputy clocked Gavin Ames driving 110 mph in a 60 mph zone around 1 a.m. When asked why he was speeding, Ames didn't make an excuse. He told the deputy he was racing to catch his girlfriend cheating. He was arrested under Florida's 'super speeder' law.
