A man walks into a store with a live gator under his arm, then chases a fellow customer with it over the last case of beer.
Video posted to Facebook showed a man, identified as Robby Stratton, walking into a Jacksonville convenience store holding a live alligator with its jaws taped shut, asking, 'Y'all ain't out of beer, are you?' When he spotted another customer heading for the beer cooler, he charged at him with the gator while onlookers laughed. Stratton later said it was 'all fun and games' and that he didn't remember the incident because he'd been drinking heavily. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission investigated, since capturing an alligator without a permit is a felony.
