Florida Woman allegedly throws on a hot dog costume to toilet-paper a neighbor's car in a dispute over parking.

St. Petersburg police say 58-year-old Marcia Morgan was upset that a neighbor kept parking near her yard, so on the afternoon of August 25, 2025, she put on a full hot dog costume, leaned against the neighbor's vehicle, and wrapped it in toilet paper. Officers said Morgan was intoxicated and uncooperative when they arrived, and her reason for wearing the costume was never explained. She was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence, and pleaded no contest the next day, paying a $550 fine.
