A man is caught on home security cameras slashing tires throughout a neighborhood, then claims in court he was targeted by the government.

Home security cameras captured 41-year-old Juan Pablo Ramos-Nieto walking through the Villas Del Campos community in southwest Miami-Dade County with a knife around 5 a.m., slashing tires on 17 vehicles (including a marked Homestead police cruiser) for a total of 27 slashed tires and about $6,000 in damage. In bond court, Ramos-Nieto claimed he had been exposed to 'secret government information' and was being 'demonized' by the CIA. He was charged with 27 counts of criminal mischief.
