Florida Man allegedly shoots a neighborhood cat with a BB gun after it killed his chickens.

Nicholas Laney allegedly shot a stray cat named Tubby with a BB gun in Lee County after the cat had been killing his chickens. A neighbor heard gunshots and the cat screeching, then found Tubby limping with a broken leg hours later. Tubby survived. Laney was arrested and charged with aggravated animal cruelty.
