Florida Man allegedly slams a small dog to the ground, then headbutts a patrol car while resisting arrest.

Christopher Stanley, 39, allegedly slammed a small dog to the ground outside a Brevard County tiki bar while intoxicated. When deputies responded, he resisted, made threats, and headbutted a patrol car during his arrest. He was already on probation for stalking at the time. Stanley was charged with animal cruelty, resisting with violence, threats to law enforcement, disorderly intoxication, and criminal mischief.
