A passenger with visible white powder around his nose insists to deputies that the cocaine isn't his.
A Hillsborough County deputy pulled over a car around 4:30 a.m. and noticed a white powdery substance around the nose of 20-year-old passenger Fabricio Tueros Jimenez, which field-tested positive for cocaine. A search also turned up 250 grams of marijuana and 13 Xanax pills in a backpack. Despite the powder on his face, Jimenez told deputies the cocaine was not his.
