A Florida man sneaks into a Doral hotel room through a sliding glass door and hides under a sleeping couple's bed for hours before they discover him.

Ritchel Calvaire, a former guest who had already been told not to return to the Provident Doral hotel, allegedly hopped a fence and slipped into a couple's room through a sliding glass door overnight. The woman felt movement near the bed around 4 a.m. but did not investigate until she checked underneath it around 6:15 a.m. and found Calvaire still there. The couple fled the room and called police, who arrested Calvaire on September 14, 2026 and charged him with burglary and resisting an officer without violence.
