A woman dials 911 three separate times after a McDonald's runs out of Chicken McNuggets and won't give her a refund.

Latreasa Goodman, 27, of Fort Pierce, called 911 three times on February 28, 2009, after a McDonald's on U.S. 1 told her they'd run out of Chicken McNuggets and refused to refund the $4.20 she'd already paid. 'This is an emergency,' she told the dispatcher on one call. 'If I would have known they didn't have McNuggets, I wouldn't have given my money, and now she wants to give me a McDouble, but I don't want one.' Police cited Goodman for misuse of the 911 system, a misdemeanor. A McDonald's spokesman later said she should have gotten her refund and sent her a gift card for a free meal.
