A man is caught squatting over a dead possum in the middle of a busy intersection, in full view of rush-hour traffic.

A Clearwater police officer patrolling near Belcher Road and Willow Tree Trail around 5:20 p.m. on November 17, 2023, spotted 45-year-old Rudy Wilcox, who had no listed address, defecating on a dead possum with his pants down in full view of passing rush-hour traffic. When questioned after being read his Miranda rights, Wilcox denied it, telling the officer he 'doesn't see straight,' but police said physical evidence at the scene corroborated what they'd witnessed. Wilcox was arrested and booked into the Pinellas County Jail on a charge of exposure of sexual organs.
