Pretty wild
A jail intake search turns up a bag of methamphetamine wedged deep inside a 380-pound man's belly button.
Clearwater police responded to a McDonald's after a report of a suspicious person and arrested 41-year-old Martin Skelly, of St. Petersburg, who was found with a hypodermic needle containing methamphetamine. During intake at the Pinellas County Jail, a deputy discovered a small bag of crystal powder wedged deep within the belly button cavity of Skelly, who weighed 380 pounds. He told an investigator he 'was just being dumb and not thinking.' Skelly faced two additional felony charges for introducing contraband into a correctional facility and narcotics possession.
