A man flashing red and blue lights from his SUV tries to pull over an unmarked car on the highway, which turns out to be an undercover deputy.

Hillsborough County deputies said 46-year-old Nadi Jabari activated red and blue emergency lights on his black Chevrolet Suburban while following an undercover HCSO vehicle on U.S. Highway 301 North in Thonotosassa, appearing to try to pull it over. The undercover deputy alerted other units, who quickly stopped Jabari's SUV. A search turned up the active light setup, a spare light bar, and a handgun. Jabari was charged with false personation, unlawful use of a blue light, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
