Florida Man drives his pickup truck onto a closed beach and into the ocean, then blames the truck.

Jason Brzuszkiewicz, 49, drove his pickup truck around a 'Do Not Enter' gate onto New Smyrna Beach just before 9 a.m. on February 6, 2024, then steered straight into the surf and attempted doughnuts in the waves. As deputies described how he 'drove through the water,' Brzuszkiewicz shouted, 'It's not my fault the truck don't surf.' He was booked into the Volusia County jail on a $200 bond.
