After crashing his truck, a man runs past first responders and attempts to steal the medevac helicopter that landed for the crash victims.

Just after midnight on I-75 in Hernando County, 28-year-old Riley Johnson Ferrer lost control of his pickup truck, struck another vehicle, and flipped into the woods, seriously injuring the two people inside the other car. As a medical helicopter landed to airlift the victims, Ferrer ran past fire rescue crews and attempted to steal it, telling troopers he had seen 'the anti-Christ' moments before the crash. He was taken into custody and later resisted deputies at the hospital and detention center. He was charged with burglary of an occupied conveyance and three counts of resisting an officer without violence.
