A homeowner wakes up before dawn to find a stranger cooking himself breakfast in the kitchen, who calmly tells him to go back to bed.

A Safety Harbor resident told Pinellas County deputies he woke up after 4 a.m. to find 19-year-old Gavin Crim, a Marine, cooking and eating a meal in his kitchen after entering through an unlocked rear door. When the homeowner confronted him, Crim told him to 'go back to sleep.' Crim fled into a wooded, swampy area when the resident called 911 but was tracked down by deputies nearby. He was charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling and released on a $1,000 bond.
