A Largo man pounds on a Checkers drive-thru window and screams at employees after learning the restaurant is out of lettuce for his sandwich.

Henry Arce-Cabellero, 49, pulled up to a Checkers drive-thru on Ulmerton Road in Largo around 11:30 p.m. on November 4, 2020, and became enraged after learning the restaurant had no lettuce for his order. He struck the drive-thru window and yelled at employees, who told police they feared for their safety and that of other customers inside. When Largo police arrived, Arce-Cabellero refused to hand over his driver's license and briefly resisted before he was handcuffed. He was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer without violence.
