A Marathon man is tased after being found naked and trespassing in a stranger's pool, then bites a deputy while being taken to the hospital.

Monroe County deputies responded to reports of a naked man in the Florida Keys city of Marathon on September 2, 2026, and found 24-year-old Rochan Rock Jean trespassing in a private swimming pool. Jean became combative and had to be tased before deputies could take him into custody, and while being transported to Fishermen's Hospital, he bit a deputy on the arm. It was Jean's second run-in with deputies that day, after he was reported acting strangely, while clothed, at a nearby business earlier. He was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and criminal mischief.
