A man is arrested for driving a stolen car into a ditch, with a diaper-wearing pet monkey clinging to his shirt the whole time.

Pasco County deputies arrested 24-year-old Cody Blake Hesson in Holiday after he drove a stolen vehicle into a ditch and tried to run. When deputies caught up to him, his pet capuchin monkey, named Monk and wearing a diaper, was still clinging to his shirt. Hesson had no permit for the animal and faced additional charges on top of auto theft; deputies had to separate him from Monk, who was confiscated, before the two shared a goodbye hug.
