Around 6:45 p.m. on August 3, 2016, Joseph Carrao, 45, was visiting Busch Gardens Tampa Bay's Jambo Junction animal viewing area with his family when witnesses say he reached into the pen, picked up a Chilean flamingo named Pinky, and slammed her into the ground in a rage.
