A Florida man allegedly ran over a woman in a hotel parking garage after she, a professional foot model, quoted him her $1,000 rate instead of letting him smell her feet for free.

Elmoncy Sercle, 28, connected with a woman through Seeking.com and arranged to meet her at the Serena Hotel in Aventura on August 29, 2025. Once inside his room, Sercle asked to smell her feet and offered to buy her worn sneakers; she explained she was a professional foot model and quoted her standard rate of $1,000. When she stepped into the bathroom, Sercle fled the room, and believing he had taken something of hers, she chased him into the hotel's parking garage. Police said Sercle drove past her in a red Mercedes SUV before making a three-point turn and striking her with the vehicle, leaving her with bruises and abrasions across her chest, arms, and back that required immediate treatment. Sercle fled the scene but was arrested days later, on Thursday, August 29, when he returned to book another hotel room, and was charged with aggravated battery.
