Anthony Terry allegedly stole a $100,000 boat from a private dock near Conch House Marina and took it for a joyride off Vilano Beach despite having little idea how to operate it, including how to tie a knot. The boat ended up heavily damaged and listing in the water, drawing a crowd before Terry was found nearby wearing only underwear, an ankle monitor, and a boat bumper tied to his arm. He was arrested on May 10, 2024 and charged with grand larceny.
