A man calls ahead to threaten a Waffle House, then drives his truck through the building trying to hit his waitress wife.

Panama City Beach police said Charles Patrick O'Bryan called the Waffle House where his wife, Danielle Gibbons, worked on the evening of August 15, 2011, and told an employee he was going to 'run his truck through the building and kill everyone.' He then drove his pickup through the restaurant's wall, striking Gibbons, before getting out of the truck and brandishing a knife. A bystander subdued him using a broken piece of the building. Gibbons was hospitalized with injuries described as non-life-threatening. O'Bryan was charged with attempted murder and felony criminal mischief.
