A man wearing a Buccaneers jersey rigs his truck with red and blue lights and tries to pull over other drivers on I-75.

A Florida Highway Patrol trooper was alerted to a red GMC Sierra pickup trying to pull over other vehicles using flashing red and blue lights on I-75 near Bushnell. A witness said the truck aggressively motioned him to pull over before speeding off. The trooper stopped the truck and identified the driver as 62-year-old Earl Mitchell Cesario, wearing a Rob Gronkowski Buccaneers jersey. A search turned up dashboard-mounted red and blue lights wired to the cigarette lighter. Cesario was charged with false personation of officials.
