Florida Man rides a manatee, tells witnesses he's riding it, then demands to be taken to jail.

James Massengale Jr., 47, was seen touching and lying on top of two manatees and a calf in the water behind the Islamorada library on September 20, 2016. When a witness told him it was illegal to ride manatees, Massengale replied, 'I'm riding it,' then turned combative with officials and began chanting, 'Take me to jail.' He was charged with molesting, harassing, or disturbing a manatee, a protected species under Florida law.
